Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?

We currently accept walk-ins on Monday to Fridays: 11AM-5PM & Weekends 12-3PM but it's best to call ahead. Appointments take priority and will be served at their booked time.

Do you offer mobile or remote notary services?

Currently, we do not offer mobile services. But we do offer remote/online notary services. Click here to learn more.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing starts at $25 per seal. Discounts and loyalty rewards are available for repeat clients. Check our full price list.

Can I notarize a document for someone else?

No, the person signing the document must be present with valid ID. We must witness the signature in person (or via video call for online notarizations).

Do you notarize documents in French?

Yes, we can notarize documents in English and French.

Do you offer Apostille/Authentication services?

Yes we do! We assist with document Authentication and Apostille services (for countries that are part of the Hague Convention).
